The purchase and sale of these products shall be governed by the following general terms and conditions, which the buyer accepts when purchasing any product from the Website. The general conditions of purchase apply to all  products offered on the Website, and may be modified, from time to time, without prior notice.

Purchase and sale procedures

The purchase of  products offered on the Website is made by selecting the chosen products which will then be assigned to the shopping cart. Once the selection is completed, you will be required to complete your personal data, choose a method of payment and provide shipping information. This information will be stored on the Website for consultation by the buyer.

During the purchase process, the buyer may modify the selected products, the number of products, the personal data provided, the method of payment and the place of shipment by returning to the purchase details on the Website before final acceptance of the purchase.

Once the purchase is completed, the buyer will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided by the buyer, such email confirming the products purchased, the shipping costs and expenses, the method of payment, and the place and time of delivery.

Life Rekindled accepts the following methods of payment: Stripe and Paypal. The purchase amount of the selected product(s) is charged at the time of purchase.

The intervening parties freely and voluntarily agree, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, that all disagreements, divergences or litigious issues arising from these conditions shall be finally resolved through US jurisdiction, with submission to the Courts and Tribunals, if applicable, of the seller's domicile.
