I made a mistake when ordering, can I change it?

Although in Life Rekindled we try to explain everything as clearly as possible, we are aware that it is still an online purchase and confusion can occur when choosing the product. Can I return my purchase?

Yes, to do so you must contact Life Rekindled here, and we will respond as soon as possible. The deadline for any return is one calendar month from the date of receipt of shipment. The amount of the return will be paid in the same way in which the purchase was made.

How do I make a return?

In order to obtain a refund for any returned product, the product, complete with original packaging, must be returned within one calendar month from the date of receipt of shipment, and must be returned in undamaged condition.
