Products purchased through Liferekindled.com will be shipped to the address provided by the customer when completing their registration information on the Website.

When do we send the products?

Once the payment has been confirmed, we will proceed to ship the item within 5 to 7 days. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and you will be provided with an estimated shipping date.

How do we deliver the products?

The estimated delivery time through standard ground shipping is between 6-7 working days, although, depending on the buyer’s location, holidays or for reasons beyond our control, the shipment may be delayed 10 to 15 working days. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery times directly attributable to the shipper. 

Shipments by registered mail will have a tracking number that will be communicated to the customer by Life Rekindled at the time of shipment, which the customer can track through the shippers site.

We  do not assume any responsibility, either directly or indirectly, for any damages or delays that may be the result of customs controls or similar eventualities.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are provided to the customer prior to finalizing the purchase and are added to the price of the items the customer wishes to purchase.

Any extra expenses arising in connection with customs or similar services, shall  be borne by the customer, and are not the responsibility of Life Rekindled.
